Pet Fee:
$300 for 1 pet
$400 for 2 pets
 
Pet Rent:
$10 per pet per month
 
Max of 2 pets allowed per apartment 
 
Restricted breeds Pit Bull, Doberman Pincher, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Staffordshire Terrier, and Bull Mastiff. Contact office for full pet policy.
