Sterling Bluff does not have furnished apartments, but you may rent furniture and bring it into the apartment.

Our company requires that you maintain a form of renters insurance called liability insurance with $100,000 worth of coverage through out your lease term.

Our team completes a detailed check list to make sure your apartment fixtures and furnishings are in good shape. We also have the apartment repainted, professionally cleaned, and the carpets shampooed or replaced as need be.
Our parking is first come first serve. We have 1 parking space per licensed resident, and issue parking passes that must be attached to your licensed vehicle.
Most of our apartment have Washer Dryer hookups. You are able to bring your own washer dryer if you have one. Otherwise, we do rent Washer Dryer sets for $50 a month, and have an onsite laundry facility that is $1.50 a load to wash and dry.
Our community is conveniently located between both the Savannah Mall and Ogelthorpe mall. It is less than a 5 minute drive to both mall which have all of your shopping needs located in or around them.
You may make your apartment your home. You may hang décor on the wall and mount TV's. Please make sure when you move out that the holes are repaired to avoid damage costs. We don't allow our residents to paint the walls. If you do want to have a accent wall in your apartment like our model it is a $100 fee.
You can submit your maintenance request online through our resident portal. Contact the office so we can help you set up your account! Are there any monthly fees? We do have $3 for pest control and $7 for trash.
Yes, we do have breed restrictions. Our pet fees are $300 for 1 $400 for 2 as a nonrefundable pet fee, and $10 of pet rent per month.
Utilities are separate and you are required to set them up right away with your move in. Electric is through Georgia Power, and water is with City of Savannah. There is no gas in our units.
